Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $60.

Orders under $60 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $4.99.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Canada & USA: 6–10 business days
  • Europe: 6–12 business days
  • Other international regions: 6–12 business days

Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing.

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order ships.

Please note: During peak periods (holidays, sales, or customs delays), delivery may take longer. If your order hasn’t arrived after 20 business days, contact us at info@viciempire.com.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Product must be in the same condition you received it.

Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, treats)
  • Personalized items (e.g. engraved name tags or collars)
  • Opened hygiene-related products
  • Clearance or final-sale items

EU Customers

If you’re located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible, items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

You must notify us within 14 days via email to info@viciempire.com. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll take care of it quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, we’ll issue it to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
